Check Images

I signed up for Online Bank Statements, then I decided to get paper statements...when I got to the paper statements, the online check images went away. I was told I couldn't get these check images anymore. Could this get fixed? Get paper statements and get check images.

    Hi Kevin!

    So when you're in online banking, and you choose "account activity" from the menu on the left, you should see all your transactions, checks, debits, etc. Next to the checks, there should be an icon for a camera. Clicking on that would bring up an image of your check, are you seeing that? Let me know if that doesn't work.

      Michael Thanks for your insight! Yes...when I go online and log into my account, I do have the option to see checks. Now that I receive electronic statements, however, the check images aren't on the actual bank statement. So I can see the check images online but I'd like to see the images on the Statement as well. Thanks again!!
